Nurse Coordinators
The nurse coordinators are your primary contact at the clinic. They are available 7 days a week to answer your questions on telephone
02 49027000. The best time to ring is from 9am to 3pm. They will liaise on your behalf with your Specialist. The nurse coordinator will be there to take you step-by-step through your management, and if you are ever unsure or worried about something you are encouraged to give one of them a call. The nurse coordinators also assist your doctor at procedures. We encourage couples to ring up to talk about their management, how you are feeling and how the service might be improved for you.

Counselling
The clinic's registration process involves an appointment with our counsellor. This gives you an opportunity to meet the counsellor who may raise issues about treatment you may not have considered. It is also an opportunity to talk about the impact infertility and/or miscarriage has had on your lives and how you are coping. Our counsellor will ring you after your treatment cycle to discuss how you are coping. She is also available throughout your treatment to talk to whenever you may need her.

Scientists
Our highly qualified scientific staff are responsible for performing an extensive range of investigations including genetic, hormonal, biochemical, immunological and sperm tests to monitor your management and to assess the progress of your treatment. They are crucial to a successful outcome of your infertility treatment or Miscarriage Management program.

Receptionists
The receptionists are there to make sure things "run smoothly" for you. Please let them know if you have any problems or suggestions for improvement.

Accounts Managers
The accounts staff are available to outline your expected expenses for each management program. Should you have any queries, or do not understand an account, please do not hesitate to contact them.
