A referral from your General Practitioner is necessary if you want to claim a Medicare rebate.
Please bear in mind appointments for consultations are generally booked out for approximately 3 to 6 weeks ahead. It may be necessary to discuss with our secretaries the most appropriate timing for a consultation. For those coming from some distance often your consultation can be arranged on the same day as any consultations with the nursing, counselling or genetics staff at the Sydney IVF Newcastle.
